The UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Representative to perform a variety of process-oriented Accounts Payable related work under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager.

Key Responsibilities include:

• A/P Vendor set-up and maintenance.
• A/P payment/back-up verification.
• Entering of invoices into the AllScripts Accounting software.
• Verify and post standard Accounts Payable imports.
• Invoice scanning.

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Microsoft office skills needed.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
