Job Description: Financial Counselor/Receptionist
The Financial Counselor will be responsible for reviewing the admissions from the previous day(s) to verify the accuracy of the insurance information obtained and entered by the Intake or assigned department. The Financial Counselor will review admissions from the previous day (s) to verify accuracy of the insurance information obtained and entered by the intake or assigned department the Financial Counselor will meet with patients and or family members to secure payment for patient responsible balances. This position will provide front desk/receptionist coverage as needed with occasional weekend coverage.
