Universal Health Services Inc. is Hiring a Business Office Clerk Near Doylestown, PA

Responsibilities

Foundations Behavioral Health, located in beautiful Bucks County, provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic services to children, adolescents, and young adults, including:

  • 24/7 Clinical Assessment Center
  • Inpatient Hospitalization
  • Acute Care ASD
  • Inpatient Program Residential Treatment Facility and Partial Hospitalization Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services
  • LifeWorks Schools

We are currently looking for a full time Business Office Clerk to support our Business Office at our Doylestown, PA campus.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Verify insurances for all admissions. Enter demographic and insurance information into MS4 and Medik billing systems.
  2. Scan and batch all facesheets and documentation.
  3. Copy and scan daily payments including EOBs, checks and prepare for deposit.
  4. Apply all cash from deposit.
  5. Data entry of charges for Lifeworks schools.
  6. Invoicing for all Lifeworks schools.
  7. All in state inpatient billing to insurances.
  8. All ancillary charge entry and invoicing.
  9. Twice monthly insurance verification for all kids.
  10. Run credit card payments and mail receipts.
  11. Track private accounts balances and follow up for payment.
  12. Make phone calls to insurance companies and family members as needed for billing accuracy.
  13. Tutor invoicing and follow up.
  14. Look up and print STACs as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • Computer data entry experience required.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
