Universal Healthcare Resources is seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in Yuma, CO. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the health and well-being of employees within various occupational settings. Position Information:
The Registered Nurse collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement a plan of care for a specific group of assigned patients, ensuring the coordination of care between other disciplines, physicians, and support staff. Performs professional nursing duties that incorporate the psychosocial, psychomotor, and age-appropriate cognitive skills of the patient/family/significant other to assess, plan, intervene and advocate for the patient on an on-going basis throughout the continuum of care.
Responsibilities:
· Restores and promotes patient’s health by completing the nursing process.
· Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
· Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
· Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
Requirements of Registered Nurse:
· Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
· Current active license as an RN to practice in the state
