Job Description

• A Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of machinery used in production processes.
• The primary duties involve setting up machines according to specifications, ensuring efficient and safe operation, and performing routine checks to maintain quality standards. Prepare machinery for production by following setup procedures, calibrating equipment, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Operate several different types of dispensing and coating machines to meet customer specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school Diploma
• Previous experience working as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of machine operation techniques and principles.
• Employee must possess the ability to lift a variety of weights.
