The Program Coordinator is responsible for following through with referrals and pre-screenings. The Program Coordinator is responsible for case assignment and coordination of individual care. Ensures that billable hours are achieved for individuals assigned to counselors under his/her supervision and assists with service authorization requests. Interviews and hires new staff, responsible for the training and development of staff on a routine basis. Provides weekly administrative and clinical supervision to staff to evaluate performance and offer suggestions for support. Plans and facilitates weekly team meetings to evaluate caseloads and individual progress. The Program Coordinator will work with the Program Manager on personnel decisions including position appointments, terminations, work-related issues, and disciplinary actions. The Program Coordinator works with the team on devising policies and procedures to ensure sufficient and effective service delivery according to all applicable rules and regulations. Responsible for reviewing treatment plans and progress notes on a weekly basis. Oversees the management of client records and compliance; performs routine chart audits.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
