Duties:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Implement behavior support plans and strategies to promote positive behaviors and social skills.
- Engage individuals in recreational activities and community outings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress made by individuals.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

Candidate must be certified in Medication Management, CPR/First Aid, and TOVA techniques. A good driving record is required with a valid VA Driver’s License. Candidate must be able to lift 75 lbs. or at least half of their body weight.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
