JOB DESCRIPTION: Evening Supervisor

Job Summary - Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial duties to the responsible staff.
• Inspect the general condition of assigned work locations for cleanliness, overall appeal, and potential problems.
• Communicate with staff to resolve production and personnel problems.
• Enforce building security and safety policies and train staff members on proper policy protocols.
• Inventory cleaning supplies and create supply requests.
• Recommends staffing to management to ensure successful completion of janitorial duties.
• Complete project work and Floorcare jobs;
• Carpet Care: Carpet Shampoo, Carpet Extraction
• Fabric Cleaning: Carpet Extractor with Hand Attachment, Small Spot Clean Machine
• Hard Floor Care: Strip and Wax, Burnish, Machine Scrub Floor

Skills Needed for Job:

1. Fluent in Spanish and English is a must.

• 3 years of experience as a Janitorial Supervisor.
• Strong verbal and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Detail-oriented, must be able to multi-task.
• Associate Degree preferred; not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
