Business Development Executive


Location: Remote

Job Description:

InsuraTec Services Group, a leading provider of financial services, is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients with their insurance needs. We offer a virtual and flexible work environment that promotes work-life balance and supports your career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate insurance sales through leads provided (No Cold Calling, No Door to Door, No Network Marketing)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by being client-focused and responsive to their needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the insurance process
  • Complete required training and obtain necessary insurance licenses
  • Work independently and efficiently in a self-paced, virtual environment
  • Uphold the values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and relentlessness in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • No experience required, but a strong drive and self-motivation are essential
  • Must be driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a virtual work environment and work flexible hours
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
