In this role, you’ll coordinate our auction office duties to ensure the office staff processes the paperwork generated weekly in a timely, organized manner and provide general administrative support to the sales and operations departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assign duties and tasks within office

  • Supervise the sales transactions in accordance with company finance policies

  • Provide constant support and guidance to office staff to enhance client relationships

  • Manage the overall accounting functions

  • Establish and enforce company policies and procedures

  • Perform evaluations for office staff

  • Other duties as defined and assigned

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2 year supervisory experience in an accounting setting preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills to include Excel (vlookup and pivot tables)

  • Intercompany reconciliation experience helpful

  • Previous cash handling experience

Education/Training/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting preferred

  • Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, general ledger and financial statement preparation

  • Previous office management experience in automotive industry a plus
