In this role, you’ll coordinate our auction office duties to ensure the office staff processes the paperwork generated weekly in a timely, organized manner and provide general administrative support to the sales and operations departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assign duties and tasks within office
Supervise the sales transactions in accordance with company finance policies
Provide constant support and guidance to office staff to enhance client relationships
Manage the overall accounting functions
Establish and enforce company policies and procedures
Perform evaluations for office staff
Other duties as defined and assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
2 year supervisory experience in an accounting setting preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills to include Excel (vlookup and pivot tables)
Intercompany reconciliation experience helpful
Previous cash handling experience
Education/Training/Experience:
Bachelor degree in accounting preferred
Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, general ledger and financial statement preparation
Previous office management experience in automotive industry a plus
