Due to company growth, we are now seeking an entry level Skip Tracer to join our night crew team! 

What’s the basic nature of the job?

URR’s corporate clients include banks, financial institutions and credit unions who finance vehicles, RV’s, boats, motorcycles and other units for their customers. When those loans are not repaid as agreed upon, or if the customer does not respond to their lender, those client companies will send URR a recovery assignment. As a Skip Tracer, you will locate our clients' collateral through various skip tracing methods, and maintain open communication with our clients, management, other departments and field agents.

Where will I work?

You will work in our corporate headquarters in Collierville, which is less than one-half mile from the scenic Collierville town square. Almost 200 members work in this location, including more than 60 Account Managers.

What’s the work environment like?

If you like things casual and informal, you’ll like URR! We have a very relaxed work environment and you can dress down here; business casual attire or jeans are just fine. No ties or suits are necessary here! Plus, we like to have a little fun at work! You can relax in one of our new employee break rooms or play a game of ping pong or pool in our employee lounge area.

What’s the work schedule like?

URR’s normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 2PM to 11 PM, M-F. 

What will my training be like?

No previous recovery or skip tracer experience is necessary, and you will be thoroughly trained before you start your new role. URR will provide you with extensive classroom and hands-on training in our corporate headquarters, and you will also always have seasoned co-workers to go to for help, as well as supervisors who work close-by and can assist you whenever a question may arise. 

What type of future career opportunities are available?

We’ve tripled in size over the last 5 years, and as URR continues to grow, advancement opportunities are sure to increase, as well. Operations roles such as Team Lead, Supervisor and other leadership positions come open periodically as we grow, and URR always first looks internally to fill all open positions. In addition, URR’s corporate Accounting, Information Services, Marketing, Human Resources, Software Development, and Logistics departments are located in the headquarters building, as well, in case a career in one of those fields interests you.
