Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage deploy, configure, administer, maintain and troubleshoot windows servers and systems at an enterprise level. Including Active Directory
• Investigates and diagnoses problems, identifies and implements solutions, perform problem analysis to resolution
• Create and maintain system and environment documentation and maintain Hardware and software inventory
• Review and respond to tickets for the System Administration team
• Participate in preparing and testing the disaster recovery plan.
• Perform routine system maintenance of Windows Servers and related infrastructure
• As part of an on-call rotation, provide 24x7 response and assistance for all urgent and related responsibilities
• Provide problem management / resolution and engage in recommending /submitting /implementing proactive change requests to prevent problems from occurring based on trending analysis and business needs
• Manage server security posture in compliance with corporate standards baselines and industry regulations
• Participate in full ITIL-based methodology for Change Control, Problem Management, Service Management, and Capacity Management
• Supports practices, policies and operating procedures and ensures alignment to departmental objectives and strategy
• Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups and customers
• Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative and relationship-building skills. Ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels of the company. Ability to work effectively with and lead vendors
• Willing to work outside of normal responsibilities and identify change processes as required

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience with enterprise level System Administration
• 3 years of experience with Windows Server 2012R2/2016
• 3 years Active Directory Management and Group Policy application
• Virtualization Experience - VMware ESX
• Experience with Storage technologies - NAS / RAID / SAN
• Security Operations experience with Encryption / Certificates / IPSec / TLS/SSL Security standards; Encryption protocols/ Public Private Certificates / IPSec / TLS
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies and of infrastructure configuration; DNS / WINS / DHCP / DFS / SMTP / LDAP / Telnet
• Solid knowledge of system troubleshooting based on application and system logs
• Exposure Microsoft licensing solutions

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
