Required Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant/ARNP Certification
• Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain one
• Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain one 
• BLS

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in Plastics
• Experience in Surgery Assisting
• ACLS

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $88,000 to $173,200 annually.
