Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long-term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing, and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop SQL queries and create custom reports
• Review and interpret ongoing business reporting requirements
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical users to deliver a robust set of reports to serve medical management (UM, CM, DM)
• Support validation of configuration and workflow in production
• Support process and system improvements
• Perform all other related duties as assigned
• Learn about care management platform and user processes to inform enhanced report configuration/logic

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, etc)
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Microsoft SQL Server proficiency with the ability to create and modify queries
• Problem solving skills; the ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions, and devise appropriate courses of action
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 years in healthcare industry experience (preferably in managed care)
• 1 years of business analyst/ system analyst/configuration experience
