United Talent is currently seeking a IT Technician for Ashland, KY!

Job Responsibilities:

• Offer remote or on-site IT support services.

• Computer maintenance and repair for hardware and software issues, including but not limited to desktop support, password resets, cabling projects, VoIP phone system installations, troubleshooting, and much more.

• tickets updated on an ongoing basis, and all time on the clock spent productively working.

• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated and detail oriented.

• Other duties as assigned.

Pay and shift: Pay is $17.00 an hour. Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch.

Requirements:

• IT background is preferred.

• Customer service

• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability/ willingness to learn new skills on the job.
