United Talent is currently seeking a Development and Training Specialist for Huntington, WV.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow written and oral instructions given by supervisor to complete projects.
• Competent in technology utilized un training industry.
• Ability to recommend learning & development interventions after required technologies.
• Communicate effectively in visual, oral, and written form utilizing required technologies.
• Ability to design & implement systems to track training & the associated costs.
• Self- directed; unambiguously able to own and drive your own work.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay and shift: Pay is $28.00- $35.00 an hour. Monday- Friday day shift opportunity.

Temporary with potential full time conversion opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience in training facilitation for hourly & salary staff
• 5-7 years of experience in curriculum design & development writing of objectives- based on training guidelines & the creation of tools.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability/ willingness to learn new skills on the job.
