The Loyalty & CPG Marketing Coordinator is responsible for billing and reporting of digital deals and other CPG Marketing programs and assists with loyalty housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Uses internal reporting systems to report on and bill loyalty and CPG marketing events.
Communicates back to the merchandising team and vendor partners on performance of loyalty and CPG marketing events.
Ensures all promotions get reported on time and accurately.
Works with the business teams to ensure accurate billing information when needed.
Submits billing of loyalty and CPG marketing events to Accounts Receivable.
Works with loyalty analysts and business teams to enhance reporting back to partners or internal teams.
Helps with billing or reporting questions from vendor partners or business teams.
Assist with loyalty account maintenance.
Helps with loyalty program testing and quality assurance.
Performs other duties as requested or required by management.
Helps review Loyalty and CPG Marketing programs for accuracy when needed.
Key Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Knowledge of retail loyalty programs is a plus
Must be process driven and have an excellent eye for detail
General hardware / software troubleshooting skills are required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Must be able to quickly identify critical issues
Must have flexible work hours, with the ability to change as needed
Ability to clearly communicate in all forms, with excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
