Summary:

Key Requirements:

• Prepare promotions, cost changes and new items for entry into the system
• Item and vendor maintenance in buying and retail system
• Prepare reports for business reviews
• Work invoice discrepancies
• Post ad items
• Research deductions
• Ship product to the stores
• Handle guest requests
• Communicate with partners, store management teams and other internal departments
• Various projects as needed
• Work directly with Business Managers and other Coordinators
Performs other duties as requested or required by upper management

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma required
• Some college preferred
• Retail grocery experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and punctual
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for developing positive and efficient working relationships with partners and team members
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in fast-paced, but efficient and controlled manner
• Strong research and problem solving skills
• Must be detail oriented and driven to work accuratelyAbility to function as a team member and get along with others
