Accounts Receivable Analyst - Direct Bill
Accounts Receivable Analyst – Direct Bill is responsible for: ensuring timely and accurate refunds to policyholders and customers, preserving customer service quality standards and consistency through appropriate contact with the customer/policyholder, resolving customer/policyholder questions or payment discrepancies daily to solidify the accuracy of accounts receivable accounting, resolving direct bill returned payments, helping with the over 45 day direct bill report, help with bank decisioning when necessary.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: 4 year college degree and/or equivalent job experience
Experience: Previous accounting experience preferred
Specific Skills: Basic computer knowledge in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook, math skills, oral and written communication skills, and organization
Working Conditions: Speed, accuracy, detail-oriented
