Responsibilities of the LPN:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the highest standards of nursing practice
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens for laboratory testing
