Personnel Responsibilities

The Company is responsible for the payment of salaries and wages to the Nurses rendering services. It is likewise responsible for withholding payroll taxes such as federal, state, and city income taxes. The Company shall also be responsible for providing Workers Compensation Coverage and State Disability Insurance. It shall also be responsible for providing the General Liability and Professional Liability Insurance for the agency, its employees, and representatives with liability coverage of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and three million dollars ($3,000,000.00) in the aggregate.
