Job Summary:
United Staff Group is seeking an experienced Education Director to oversee and manage the educational programs at our client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational strategies to enhance student learning and success.
Duties:
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards and aligns with organizational goals
- Manage and supervise teaching staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct research to stay current with educational trends and best practices
- Recruit, hire, and train teaching staff
- Provide academic advising to students to support their educational goals
- Write reports on educational program effectiveness and outcomes
- Budgeting for educational programs and resources
Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Proven experience in curriculum development, education management, and student engagement
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Experience in recruiting and managing teaching staff
- Proficient in academic advising practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
