Due to our company’s growth, we are now hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives for our M-F 8:15 a.m - 5:15 p.m shift. In the Customer Service Representative position, you will support and provide superior customer service via phone, email, various computer systems, and fax while striving to build relationships with our current and future clients. You will coordinate prompt handling of all client service requests, including but not limited to, update assignments, quoting fees and finalizing recovery assignments. You will also assist Account Managers and serve as the liaison between clients and the recovery agents in the field.

The starting pay for this position is $14 per hour.

Desired Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year customer service experience preferred

Intermediate Computer Skills

Ability to multitask effectively and accurately

Detail-oriented and organized

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills

Successfully pass drug screen and background investigation

We are open to entry level candidates for this role, as long as you are confident in providing customer service over the phone and have a high school diploma.
