Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee our plumbing services projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong , , , and a proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
· Working with plumbing systems: sewer lines, water lines, pipelines etc.
· Manage technicians on the projects in most effective way.
· Consulting clients on maintenance of plumbing systems, selection of equipment, operation, etc.
· Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
· Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
· Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
· Pass cities inspections
· Knowledge of California Plumbing Code
Requirements and skills:
· Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Plumbing or related field.
· Proven experience as a Project Manager in the plumbing services industry.
· Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in project management tools and software.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of Russian and English languages
Rate 7K for a trial period (month), then 8K bonuses for meeting KPIs.
