Our company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our landscaping team specializing in follow-up quality control. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our landscaping projects meet and exceed our clients' expectations by maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed landscaping projects to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Identify any deficiencies or areas for improvement in completed work, including but not limited to plant health, irrigation systems, hardscape installations, and overall aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with project managers and crew members to address and rectify any identified issues promptly.
  • Document inspection findings, including photographs and detailed reports, to communicate feedback and track progress.
  • Provide guidance and training to crew members on best practices for maintaining quality standards during project execution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance to support quality workmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions regarding completed projects, demonstrating professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in landscaping or related field, with a strong understanding of landscaping principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of plant types, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in landscaping operations.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and operating machinery
