Role Description

Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs. Promoting well-being by educating patients on self-care techniques. Consulting with doctors and other medical staff to determine the optimal treatment plan. Administering over-the-counter and non-intravenous medications

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions. Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments. Recording patient vital signs and medical information. Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests. Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Administering non-intravenous medications. Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members. Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.

Registered Nurse Requirements

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment Other Certifications maybe required during employment Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State (able to start in tx with a another state license or compact but they need to get a TX license within 4 weeks of them bring hired ) No previous experience needed Some travel maybe needed for training 1.) Will Consider Candidates that have less than 6 months of acute care experience as an RN 2.) Will accept any international candidates that have experience in their country but not in the US yet. Document Requirements

TX License or completed endorsement can join a cohort Those with a compact license they must show proof that the TX license endorsement application has been submitted in order to begin in a cohort Those with a single-state license must have their completed TX endorsement in order to get started in the cohort.

Compensation:

Salary Range: ($33.50 and Up) * to be considered for a higher rate, candidates need to have prior experience as an an LVN, RN (LTAC, HOME HEALTH, ETC) as long as the candidate does not have acute care experience. Any candidates that want ICUs, OR, L&D, NICU, ED, and ICU Stepdown, MST (Med-Surg/Tele) will be receiving a minimum of $31.50 an HR (Pay rate can go up based on candidates years of experience but the rate starts off of $31.50 FOR THESE ROLES ONLY).
