United Health Services is seeking a Staff Nurse CMH - Ambulatory Surgery/Infusion, Part-time to join our Ambulatory Surgery department at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Overview
Position Overview
Seeking compassionate, team-oriented part-time RN to serve the outpatient infusion care needs of our patients. Duties include administration of IV medications, blood products, biologics and antineoplastic agents, as well as, assisting in the Ambulatory Surgery setting. ONS certification and oncology training available.

Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Unit Specific Requirement:
Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
Current NY State RN license.
At least 1 year of experience in health care setting with evidence of having obtained proficiency in those areas emphasized in the Registered Nurse curriculum.
Preferred:
Previous experience at ICU, ED, IR
Strong communication skills
ONS certification
Previous experience with outpatient infusions, chemotherapy
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
Current New York State Registered Nurse License
CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
Preferred:
Professional certification in a related nursing specialty
Relevant skills certification (i.e., ACLS, PALS, TNCC)
