United Health Services is seeking a Patient Care Pharmacist II to join our 121 Stockton Ave Pharmacy 02 department at 121 Stockton Ave in Walton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.
ShiftDay Rotational
Hours per week: 40
Salary range: $52.69 - $79.04 per hour, depending on experience.
OverviewEnsures the correct medication is administered to all patients. This includes clinical appropriateness of the medication as well as the product delivery in an appropriate manner.
QualificationsEducation/ExperienceMinimum Required:
- A Bachelor’s of Science Degree (B.S.) or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
- One year experience as a pharmacist
- Licensed as a Pharmacist in New York State or NYS internship permit.
