Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a business plan and strategy for both new and existing customers to achieve targeted incremental revenue growth within the assigned region. 
• Prepare action plans for an effective search for Pro sales leads and prospects within the region.
• Full engagement of CRM activities and provide timely feedback to the Regional Sales Manager regarding Pro sales and Retail sales performance.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Maintain contact with all customers in the assigned region to ensure a 5-star level of customer satisfaction. 
• Support the regional team with technical, project, and marketing information.
• Develop key relationships with Pro, Independent, and Regional retail customers.

• Territory and market share growth are driven by aggressive selling and prospecting techniques that bring in new customers and new business consistently and continuously.
• Overnight travel is required.
• Product presentations and demonstrations to decision-makers.

• Using a consultative sales approach, and listening to the expectations of the customer, the sales representative will make product and application recommendations, identify areas of opportunity, and offer solutions.
• On-going duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 3 or more years of experience dealing directly with customers in a sales and service environment.
• Any of the above requirements and, or qualifications may be waived for the successful candidate.
