Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator in our local trucking company. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Ability to communicate well, both written and verbal. Must be dependable, able to multi-task, and proficient using Excel and Outlook. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position.

Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails
-Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Daily invoicing

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Team Player, but ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
