United Flow Technologies is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Irvine, CA

MISCOwater is the leading Manufacturers' Representative of process equipment for Water, Wastewater, & Industrial treatment in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada , New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. We specialize in providing reliable, proven, innovative and life cycle cost-effective solutions for municipal wastewater treatment and municipal water treatment. We represent over 50 companies that provide quality process equipment.

We are hiring a Contract Administrator for our Irvine, CA office. This is an on-site position. The Contract Administrator will primarily be responsible for the collections of sale commissions company-wide, and will contribute to our sales goals by supporting the sales staff and performing all tasks essential to our administrative functions.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for the daily administration, configuration, maintenance, accounting of projects/orders in the QuickBase environment.
  • Manage the AR collections process for sales commission payments company-wide.
  • Handling requests and queries from senior managers and sales staff associated with equipment orders. 
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports in QuickBase and distribute as requested. 
  • Maintain purchase orders, submittals, O&M manuals, and other project documentation in SharePoint. 
  • Act as the point of contact for manufacturers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with manufacturers to ensure accurate updates to orders are entered into QuickBase on a routine basis. 
  • Provide updates to accounting staff on projected delivery dates of equipment. 
Background/ Experience:
  • 5 years of AR collections experience. Experience with sales commission collections a big plus!
  • Wastewater, construction, or manufacturers rep industry experience a plus.
  • Working experience with Quickbase and Quickbooks a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be comfortable working on-site in Irvine.

$70,000 - $85,000 a year
$70,000-$85,000 a year based on experience.
