GENERALSUMMARY (What is done and why)
The Manager of Enterprise Applications is a leadership role overseeing the Enterprise Applications team. This includes the strategic and operational development and administration of the Credit Union’s enterprise applications such as Core, CRM, Debit, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Credit Card Systems’ Integrations, Content Management Systems (OnBase, SharePoint, SilverCloud, DocuSign) as well as Microsoft Business related applications. The Manager works closely with key business stakeholders in identifying and implementing value-effective technology solutions for the credit union. This position provides leadership, and day-to-day management and has responsibility in identifying, and designing current and future technical solutions that will drive the resiliency of business-critical technologies. The Manager will help develop, recommend, and implement strategies to ensure stable operating environments, including but not limited to: overseeing the decentralized access governance framework to ensure security and functionality requirements are implemented across the enterprise.

PHYSICALDEMANDS (Physical effort generally associated with this position)
Work involves standing and walking for brief periods of time, but most work is done from a seated position. There is potential for eyestrain from reading detailed printouts and computer screens. Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordinate to operate computer keyboard at a high skilled level. Deadlines, workloads, and pressure may cause increased stress levels. Work hours are unpredictable at times.
WORKING CONDITIONS (Typical working conditions associated with this type of work and environmental hazards, if any, that may be encountered in performing the duties of this position)
Internal-- work is normally performed in climate-controlled office environment, where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of normal office equipment (computers, telephones, etc.). No known environmental hazards are encountered in normal performance of duties. Length of day is unpredictable; long hours may be required to accommodate deadlines, attend special meetings, or manage incidents.
External-- Some business travel may be required; however, information on environmental conditions is not available.
