We are seeking a dedicated & knowledgeable Food and Human Safety Coordinator to join our Corporate team! The Food and Human Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting training sessions, preparations for audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

This is an onsite position at our Corporate location in East Peoria, Illinois.

What you'll do:

- Assist with the development and implementation of a food safety strategy.

- Manage, reassess, and ensure compliance with the HACCP plan, pre-requisite programs.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and help facilities prepare for audits.

- Provide guidance on Occupational Health and Safety administration (OSHA) regulations

What you'll need:

- Associates degree in food safety, food science, public health, or related field.

- 2-5 years of warehouse or production food safety experience.

- Extensive knowledge of food and employee safety management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position will require ~15% travel to other facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,500.00 per year
