Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enforce safety protocols on construction sites to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Train and educate construction personnel on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide recommendations for prevention.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and develop improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 500 certification required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
• Ability to travel as needed to out of state projects.
• Proven experience in construction safety management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:

• Competitive annual salary between $60,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
