We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Paralegal to join our legal team. If you have experience dealing with contracts and a passion for the construction industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze construction contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist attorneys in preparing legal materials related to construction claims.
• Collaborate with our construction teams to ensure legal compliance and seamless operations.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships vital to the success of our company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.
• Proficiency in drafting, revising, and assembling contracts.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in contentious or non-contentious construction and engineering matters.
• Familiarity with corporate matters and contract issues.
