UCPSA is looking for a reliable and experienced caregiver to work with 2 teenage boys in the 85710 zipcode on Wednesdays from 5-9p, Fridays from 7:30a-12:30p, and Saturdays from 5-9p. There are often opportunities for fill in shifts as well.

Typical Tasks to be Completed

• Assistance with activities of daily living/personal care which may include showering, brief changes, dressing, etc.
• Meal preparation and general cleaning tasks
• Constant supervision is required

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel independently to client’s visits
• Ability to obtain a FA/CPR certification
• Ability to obtain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and successful and DES/CPS/APS clearance
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of caregiving

Strongly Preferred

• Prior experience as a caregiver
• Previous experience with challenging behaviors/behavior management
• Availability to work your reliable and consistent schedule
