My Real Estate journey started in 1999 when I bought my first condo in Mesa. The agent used was very unprofessional and not very organized. On closing day, I went to sign the final docs and the title company said; "You need $1000 in your account for reserves. Not only did I not know what that was (at 19 years old), but didnt have the money. Luckily, I was able to borrow it from a friend and close on my first home.
