SUMMARY: Performs repetitive work-station assembly operations to produce sports equipment for track and field, strength training, and stadiums.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to speak and read the English language.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and kneel.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 150 lbs with support.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a shop environment. May work at different workstations as production needs require, or shifts from one station to another, during the assembly process.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
