About the Position...
The Client Service Representative I (CSR I) is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities.
The Client Service Representative I (CSR I) is responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions for clients in person, via phone, through the mail and through online banking including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers checks, stop payments, and wires. The CSR I is responsible for balancing each days transactions and verifying cash totals. They assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems, as well as answers client questions regarding the Banks products and services. They are responsible for actively cross-selling the Banks products and services. The CSR I performs specific assigned side-jobs including various clerical functions, and assists the Branch Manager and/or the Client Service Manager with other duties as assigned. The CSR I assists clients promptly, courteously, efficiently and professionally. The CSR I performs all duties accurately, timely and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
About You...
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment. You also have the following:
Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of Teller and Cash Handling Operations procedures. Basic understanding of banking products, services and operations.
Experience Required: Minimum of 1-year cash handling or teller experience in the financial services industry.

Hiring Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.00.
This compensation information is United Business Bank's good-faith estimate and is provided pursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
