United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Summer Youth Development Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will work closely with youth during the summer months, providing guidance, mentorship, and organizing engaging activities.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities

• Youth Engagement: Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities that promote positive youth development. Foster a safe and inclusive environment where young people can learn, grow, and build meaningful connections.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, volunteers, and community partners. Coordinate with local organizations to enhance program offerings and provide additional resources for youth.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of program attendance, incidents, and evaluations. Prepare reports as needed to assess program effectiveness and outcomes.
