United Boys & Girls Clubs Of Santa Barbara County is Hiring a Youth Development Specialist Near Carpinteria, CA

Are you passionate about empowering young people and helping them reach their full potential? United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Summer Youth Development Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will work closely with youth during the summer months, providing guidance, mentorship, and organizing engaging activities.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities

  • Youth Engagement: Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities that promote positive youth development. Foster a safe and inclusive environment where young people can learn, grow, and build meaningful connections.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, volunteers, and community partners. Coordinate with local organizations to enhance program offerings and provide additional resources for youth.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of program attendance, incidents, and evaluations. Prepare reports as needed to assess program effectiveness and outcomes.

This is a paid position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals. If you are passionate about working with youth and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for the position of Youth Specialist.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week

  • Boys & Girls Club: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
