You will join a stress and drama free work environment, with a supportive organizational culture with Clinical Directors who will ensure you will be respected, heard, seen and valued.

This position has a lot of flexibility with hours/scheduling and you can build your caseload accordingly. Pay DOE $23-$28 per billable hour and paid drive time and mileage! Plus 401K and more for those eligible! The Child Development Specialist provides services to the families of infants and toddlers (to age 3) who have developmental delays. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide one-on-one intervention, maintaining weekly visits to provide complete early intervention services; schedule with the families 
  • Design, implement, and adapt activities for language, cognitive, fine and gross motor, sensory, self-help, and social/emotional development, for each individual child utilizing best practices.
  • Maintain confidential client records/files. Log all phone and face-to-face contacts with the family and their Service Coordinator

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Hold a valid California Driver’s License with a good driving record, maintain current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
