Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.

Duties:
- Utilize recruiting tools such as Lever, PeopleSoft, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source and screen candidates.
- Conduct cold calling and research to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee relations activities as needed.

Qualifications:
-Recruitment, or related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to conduct research to identify potential candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Bilingual a must
