We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Data Entry representative. This position requires excellent communication skills in both and English, as well as strong data entry abilities. As a Customer Service/Data Entry representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately entering customer information into our database.

Duties:
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, both over the phone and via email
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide product information and resolve any issues or complaints
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and upselling purposes
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions

Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
