Job Description: Supervises Community Access Services by coordinating outings in the community. Supervises the development and implementation of educational groups related to daily living skills and monitors individual’s healthcare goal for the persons served. Ensures compliance with Medicaid Waiver documentation standards by staff supervised. Coordinates transportation services for program fleet.
Anticipated Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Competencies: Ability to: monitor and observe participants’ behavior; provide training and/or orientation to participants, participate in supportive guidance, staff supervision sessions, program planning meetings, consumer staffing and service training; ability to serve as subject matter expert to staff; ability to supervise and direct the work of other staff.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Four years’ experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human services setting OR Associate degree in a related field and two years of related experience OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Prefer one year of team lead/supervisory experience.
