Job Description: Provides clerical functions and engagement responsibilities in the Admissions Unit. Duties include drafting basic correspondence, answering telephones, providing information to callers, scheduling appointments, etc.
Position Responsibilities: Will work Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Competencies: Knowledge of general office procedures including typing, filing etc. Great customer service skills. Excellent phone etiquette. Proficient with computers. Ability to multi-task. Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner while having multiple interruptions. Knowledge of office software i.e. Microsoft Office.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two years’ experience in general office work. Prefer experience in Behavioral Health. Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points.
