Description

Responsible for leading, motivating, coaching, and communicating with team. Manages resources to exceed day-to-day productivity, quality, safety, and group needs while providing industry leading quality and service. Provides direct supervision of full time and seasonal Warehouse Workers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the handling of consignments and supervising the loading and unloading of the same.
• Authenticating the receipt and dispatch of consignments with the order forms.
• Maintaining an account of the entire inventory in the warehouse.
• Ensuring the proper labeling, tagging, and packaging of goods and materials.
• Following all necessary documentation and legal procedures for dispatch and receiving goods.
• Organizing and developing systematic plans for loading and unloading of supplies.
• Assigning work and functions to all warehouse workers and staff.
• Supervising the proper and smooth functioning of all activities.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years experience in all warehouse operations, practices and inventory management
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Candidates for this position must have established a track record of superior performance, superior attendance, excellent safety
• Classified as an individual of high integrity
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to work with little supervision, excellent time management and analytical skills
• Ability to work schedule, shifts and days as required by the business
