Job Details
- Cycle counting
- Reporting damages, incorrect shipments
- Ensures inventory is accurately recorded and tracked in our system
- Assist Inventory controller and conduct daily/weekly/monthly cycle count and physical inventory count
- Researches and troubleshoots inventory problems electronically
- Creates new procedures to become more efficient and to respond to business changes, heavy emphasis in automated processes
- Balances inventory between all divisions through our inventory system
- Reviews and audits inventory reports and transactions electronically
- Must be detailed
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain ongoing cycle counts and reporting for all customers to ensure accurate inventory numbers
- Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent but an Associates Degree is preferred.
- Plus at least 3 years of related experience and previous warehouse inventory experience desired.
- To be successful in this position, candidates must have strong Excel skills, the ability to analyze data electronically, the ability to edit data in a quick and highly accurate manner, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the accuracy of data.
