Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate RN's and LPN's to join our healthcare team. As a member of our team you will play a "Unique" role in providing quality patient care and assisting with various medical procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with patient assessments and provide basic nursing care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Perform routine procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and tube feeding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (Epic)
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and occupational health standards
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance when needed

Requirements:
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of [state]
- Proficiency in performing essential nursing skills, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts especially evenings and weekends.
