Unique Health Care is seeking a highly organized and experienced Home Health Billing Specialist to oversee the billing and revenue cycle management for our home health agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare billing and be capable to manage and ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

 Home Health Billing Experience Preferred.

 Prepare and submit company/patient billing.

 Obtain authorization for home health care services for new patients when insurance requires

authorization for services.

 Assist with accounts receivable and collection activity.

 Tracks insurance authorizations.

 Complete patient visit log.

 Adds/edits all patient insurance information.

 Ensures that collection of all Managed Care and third party claims are followed up in accordance with

department policies, procedures, and performance goals.

 Prepare and submit supply list for billing.

 Perform other duties as required.

 Stay up-to-date with healthcare billing regulations, such as Medicare and Medicaid billing rules.

 $20-$25 per/hour

Schedule:

 Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

 Weekly pay with direct deposit
 Locally owned and operated

Job Requirements:

 High School diploma or GED. Must be 18 years or older

 Billing in a healthcare setting is required for consideration.

 Able to pass a background check
