Position Summary: Maintains a clean welcoming environment for the Athletic Department female members and guests.

Essential Functions:

Ø At the beginning and the end of the day turn on/off lights, television, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room.

Ø Wash and scrub showers, sinks, toilets and walls

Ø Thoroughly clean steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi

Ø Daily laundry service, wash, dry, and replace clothes in members lockers

Ø Bring used towels and robes to laundry area, replenish area with clean ones

Ø Empty all garbage bins

Ø Vacuum or mop all floors

Ø Dust outside of lockers, wipe inside of guest lockers

Ø Thoroughly clean all counter tops, window sills and makeup areas

Ø Clean all mirrors and glass (i.e. tables, doors, etc.)

Ø Use barbicide to clean all brushes and combs

Ø Keep toiletry and accessory containers clean

Ø Polish all chrome areas including chrome sink in seating area

Ø Monitor water cooler bottle levers and cup supplies

Ø Put out coffee, snacks and fruit

Ø Keep honor bar area well stocked and clean

Ø Change sheets in nap room, dust furniture, clean lamp shade and base

Ø Turn in inventory sheets for toiletries and supplies

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.

Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Additional Skills: Ability to perform medium to hard manual labor, must be mobile and able to perform kneeling and reaching motions for thorough cleaning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
